If you would like to let us know about a driver's excellent customer service or spot a problem on a route, please email email@example.com or call 01449 766323 (during office hours). However, please be aware unless we have inclement weather, our social media services are only available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
If you have a problem during your bus journey, please inform your driver when it is safe to do so and they will endeavour to put things right. If your concerns cannot be completely resolved at the time, please write or email to the following address as soon as possible:
